ROYAL ALBERT AUGUST POPPY TEA CUP & SAUCER FROM FLOWERS OF THE MONTH SERIES
Royal Albert china is always one of my personal favorites. This particular vintage set features the poppy, for August, from the FLOWER OF THE MONTH SERIES. August is written inside the cup in a lovely font. The colors are stunning, featuring attractive rich red and lovely blue, along with green foliage. There is also a pattern of green leaves around the edge of the saucer. Graceful handle with touches of gold. The diameter of the saucer is 5 1/4. The diameter of the base is 3 1/2. The diameter of the open top of the cup is 3 1/4, The diameter of the bottom of the cup is 1 3/4. No chips or cracks. A stunning pattern, ready to add grace and class anywhere you place it.
